Adult Discipleship

We are dedicated to cultivating deep spiritual maturity through the transformative power of the Gospel. Our ministries to adults seek to provide a space for intentional fellowship, equipping men and women to live out their faith faithfully in their homes, the church, and the world. Together, we strive to encourage one another in our shared mission to glorify God and enjoy Him forever in every season of life.

Sunday Morning Discipleship

Sundays / 9-10:15 AM / Room 810
Classes range from Books of the Bible, Theology, Church History, Spiritual Disciplines, and Culture.

Wednesday Night Fellowship

Wednesdays / 6-7:30 PM / Chapel
These nights offer a unique style incorporating scripture study, discussion, and worship.

The Table

Fridays / 12-1:00 PM / Room 160
This is an informal gathering to pray and fellowship as a church. Bring a lunch, enjoy fellowship and pray for each other and the needs of the church.

Small Groups

Small Groups meet regularly throughout the Richmond Metro area with new ones forming each year. Most small groups run from September - May, with a break for the summer.

Marriage & Families

We have a dedicated team who work to support the marriages and families of our church through events, classes, and small groups

Young Adults

Our Young Adults ministry meets in small groups. We have fellowship meals and host special events throughout the year.

Women’s Ministry

Our vision is to develop leaders and groups who are Gospel-centered, relationally oriented, and Biblically grounded. WEPC Women’s Ministry hosts weekly Bible studies, holiday events, and retreats.

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry exists to equip men of all generations to glorify God and enjoy Him forever by grounding them in the transformative power of the Gospel. Through intentional fellowship and the study of Scripture, we seek to build a covenant brotherhood that sharpens one another for faithful leadership in our homes, our church, and the world.

Sojourners

Sojourners is a nine-month pilot beginning in the fall of 2026 at WEPC. This cross-generational program combines training in biblical worldview, practical theology, and cultural reflection with an emphasis on church and community service. This is a 9-month course. Registration opens in August of each year.
