Our children’s ministry strives to bring the Gospel to bear in every facet of children’s lives.
Each Sunday morning, we have a number of great opportunities available for your family. We serve each member of your family from Infant – 5th Grade. Please know that your kids are always welcome in our services.
We endeavor to create a safe, nurturing place where children can experience the love of God within the covenant community. This happens through play, Bible stories, prayer, and a lot more play!
We have multiple nursery rooms for a variety of ages, with age-appropriate equipment and toys. Toddlers participate in a simple age-appropriate Gospel lesson with songs, Bible story, and prayer.
We believe that the Gospel changes everything, and kids are never too young to see Jesus, ask questions, and grow in their faith. Sunday School occurs during our first worship service at 9:00am. Our PreK-5th Classrooms are located downstairs.
Children, ages 4-2nd Grade, join their families for the 10:30 AM service in the sanctuary and, just before the sermon, are invited to Room 121 for Children’s Worship.
Our desire is for our Covenant Children to become lifelong worshippers of the ONE TRUE KING. In Children’s Worship, we aim to teach who we worship, why we worship, and how to worship through songs, scripture, and a Bible lesson.
On the first Sunday of each month, Children’s Worship is not offered during the Worship Service to enable children to learn about worship alongside their parents. However, on that first Sunday of the month, a Children’s Message will be given prior to the sermon.
Children are welcome and encouraged to worship with their families in the service at any time.
WEPC members, attenders, and visitors are encouraged to use this safe and welcoming space for children with special needs. Our hope is that this room will be a tool for families and CM volunteers to use to further the Gospel in the hearts of our covenant children. It is located on the top floor, alongside the back wall of the building in Room 119.
Our 4th & 5th graders gather for a special time of fellowship, games, and diving deep into the Word together. This year, we will be studying the book of John.
Our K- 3 kids gather for Bible Lessons (book of John), games, and crafts as they learn and grow together as a child of the King!
