1. What are your primary responsibilities at WEPC?

God placed our church in a unique neighborhood, and my ministry is to help connect the people of WEPC with the people who live in the neighborhoods surrounding our church. I help provide opportunities, support, and resources so that the congregation and our neighbors can worship God together. I act as a liaison between the church and the neighborhood; communicating the vision of the ministry to the church, and partnering with leaders in the community in developing mission opportunities.

2. What do you see God doing at WEPC?

I see God expanding His kingdom and pushing back darkness as we proclaim the Gospel to internationals God is bringing to our city. I see God using people who are willing to step out of their comfort zone to engage people from other cultures and countries in His name. I see God bringing people of all races, countries and cultures together to worship Jesus.   

3. Why are you excited to be a part of WEPC?

I have many reasons to be excited about WEPC but I will mention just one. From the first time I stepped foot in this church, I felt welcomed. WEPC is a welcoming church regardless of your race or country. 

4. What brings you joy?
Being with my family. Having left my father and mother at age 7, I love being around my wife and kids.

5. Tell us about your family and/or what you like to do for fun.

I’m married to my wife Matbien, and the Lord blessed us with four wonderful kids: Emmanuela, Grace, Metijwok, and Teayam. We like to watch movies and play board games together.
