Tuesday:
WEPC Community Preschool WILL meet.
Wellspring Women's Ministry WILL meet at their normal time from 9:30-11:30 AM.
DivorceCare WILLNOT meet tonight. THIS IS A CHANGE. First class of the semester will be Feb 10.
ESL Ministry, ESL Kids' Club, and Homework Time WILL NOT meet in the evening.
Wednesday:
WEPC Community Preschool WILL meet.
Restore Women's Ministry WILL meet from 6-7:30 PM.
Youth Group WILL meet from 6-7:30 PM (MS & HS will meet at the same time together).
Club 4/5 WILL meet from 6-7:30 PM.
Wednesday Night Fellowship WILL meet from 6-7:30 PM.
Officer Training WILL meet from 6-7:30 PM.
Friday:
The Table WILL NOT meet this week. It will resume on February 13 at 12 PM.
Saturday:
The Father Daughter Dance WILL take place from 6-8 PM.
SATURDAY, JAN 31:
Reminder that we have one service at 10:30am on Sunday, February 1st.
Nursery provided during the 10:30am service.
There are only 2 clear sections of our parking lot, outlined in red:
You may park in other sections of the parking lot if you have 4-wheel drive or feel extra brave, but please use extreme caution when walking on the ice.
The ONLY accessible doors will be at the front middle and far right entrances. The front far left and side lower entrances will be closed.
Food pantry will be open from 12-1pm, but we have a limited number of volunteers.
Our hope is to do our regular livestream.
FRIDAY, JAN 30:
There will be one service on Sunday, February 1st, at 10:30 AM. There will also be a nursery during the 10:30 AM service for children ages infant - 3 years old.
The 9 AM service and all 9 AM activities are cancelled.
On Sunday, the far right door and the center door will be open.
The parking lot is in much better shape after today.
But please still use a lot of caution:
THURSDAY, JAN 29:
WEPC Men's Retreat for this weekend (1/30-31) has been POSTPONED. Men's Ministry will be sending out new information next week.
The WEPC Parking Lot is not in great shape. Please be careful! We have a crew coming tomorrow (Friday, 1/30) to clear more, but until then, proceed with caution.
On January 25, WEPC had a 10:30 AM service.
